Returns and Refunds Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your bed (or you've simply just changed your mind) we are here to help.
- You have 30 days from the day you purchased it to request a return.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- We will cover return postage costs for any items received damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are credited back to customers' original payment method e.g. Visa, MasterCard, credit/debit cards or PayPal / Klarna.
